Why don't they just put a "Google This" button on the error dialog?

My happy playtime with VSTS was nearly interrupted...

TFS from Excel: TF84037 there was a problem initializing the addin

LIke a child whose balloon had just popped, my heart sank as I contemplated hours of troubleshooting. Fortunately, I ignored Microsoft's suggestions and Googled the error message. Within a couple of clicks, I was looking at the solution:

Honestly, I don't know why software vendors maintain their own knowledgebases...
